These terms of service apply to the use of the app Listooo as well as the website listooo.ch. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Listooo is a shopping and list app. The app helps you create and manage lists, products, and reminders.
Some features (e.g. backup & sync) may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with third parties.
Depending on usage, data is stored locally on your device and/or in a backup (e.g. cloud). What data is stored depends on your settings and enabled features.
You are responsible for regularly creating backups and securing your data.
Despite careful development, in rare cases data loss may occur due to software errors, updates, device issues, user errors, or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, the provider assumes no liability for lost data.
The provider strives to ensure high availability of the app and its features, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The provider is only liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages. Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.
The provider may modify these terms of service at any time if required for technical, legal, or organizational reasons. The current version on the website applies.
